Login Support: set up your member login
The club's shared username and password have been retired. Every member now has a private sign-in of their own. Setting it up takes about a minute, and you only do it once.
- Go to the sign-in page and choose Set up your own login now.
Go to the sign-in page - Enter the email address the club has on file for you. That is the one the club sends the magazine and renewal notices to. If more than one member shares it, that is fine - you will pick your own name in the next step.
- Open the email we send and click the link. It arrives within a minute or two. Check your spam or junk folder if it does not. The link works once and expires after a short while; if it has expired, just ask for a new one.
- Choose a username and a password. The username is a name you make up for signing in, with no spaces. The password needs at least 8 characters; a short phrase you will remember works well. If your email is shared, pick your own name from the list first - the login belongs to whoever is chosen.
- Sign in. You land in the Members Area, where your renewal, the magazine archive and the registry are waiting.

Family membership: the second person sets up their own login
Stuck? A person will answer.
Email Login.help@WeimClub.org. Three club volunteers read that mailbox. Tell us your name and, if you know it, the email the club has for you, and we will sort it out - including when your email is not on file or has changed.
- The site says my email is not on file.
- The club may have an older address for you, or none. Email Login.help@WeimClub.org with your name and the address you want used, and we will put it on your record and send your link.
- I never got the email.
- Look in spam or junk first, and in the Promotions tab if you use Gmail. If it is not there after ten minutes, ask for a new link from the sign-in page, or email us.
- My family shares one email address.
- Each adult member sets up their own login from the same email. When you click the link you choose which member you are. Nothing is pre-selected, so choose carefully.
- I have a login already and forgot the password.
- Same steps. Choose First time here, or forgot your password? on the sign-in page, enter your email, and the link lets you set a new password. Your username is shown when you get there.
- My membership has lapsed.
- You can still set up your login. Once you are in, the Store shows your renewal and takes a card. Your access to the members' pages returns as soon as it is paid.
- Does a junior member get a login?
- No. Logins are for adult members. A junior's household is covered by the parents' logins.
